Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Charlie Mobility Solutions services.

Bookings

Submitting a booking creates a request. A booking is only confirmed once Charlie accepts it, at which point the price shown on the booking becomes the agreed price.

Pricing and currency

Prices are set per city and charged in that city's currency. The currency recorded on your booking is the currency you owe, and does not change afterwards.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your booking. Corporate bookings are charged to the company's account and settled against the monthly statement under the agreed payment terms.

Car rental

You must hold a valid driving licence and meet any minimum age and deposit requirements. The vehicle must be returned in the condition it was collected, with any damage assessed at check-in.
