Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a Charlie booking free of charge up to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Free cancellation

Cancel from your dashboard or by calling us. If you cancel inside the free window, nothing is charged.

Once the service has started

After a driver has collected you, picked up your package or handed over a rental vehicle, the booking can no longer be cancelled online. Call our team and we'll work it out with you.

Car rental

Rental reservations release the vehicle back to the fleet as soon as they're cancelled, so please cancel as early as you can. Security deposits are returned in full on cancellation.

Corporate accounts

Cancelled corporate bookings are not charged to your credit line and do not appear on your monthly statement.
