What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, the addresses you book between, and your booking and payment history. For drivers, we additionally hold licence and identity documents.
Why we hold it
To dispatch and complete your bookings, to let your driver reach you, to take payment, and to keep the records the business is required to keep.
Who sees it
Our dispatch team, and the specific driver assigned to your booking — who sees only the details needed to complete that job. Corporate account administrators can see bookings billed to their company. Other customers can never see your data.
Your rights
Contact us at hello@charliemobility.com to access, correct or request deletion of your data. Note that completed bookings and payments are retained for accounting and audit purposes.
